Last year our primary goal was to phase out FPGAs from the network by implementing the Hoohash algorithm update and upgrading the network to 5 BPS. This milestone was achieved a month ahead of schedule, and Hoosat Nocturne is now live with Hoohash V1.1.0.
Q1 of 2026 marks a new chapter in Hoosat Network as we have our first real world use case utilization for Hoosat Network out and that is the voting platform created by Namp88 . The second usecase of marketplace has been started and it's development is continuing on it's own space when there is time. As in Q4 of 2025 we fixed several bugs, raised funds for Metamask Snap development and started implementing DAGKnight to Hoosat Network
With these foundational improvements in place, Hoosat Network can now prioritize higher-level development. This means continuing the development of Hoosat Marketplace, implementing DAGKnight if possible.
We sincerely apologize for not meeting all of the previous roadmaps. The development of the address translation layer for the most part has faced unexpected delays due to network level issues we have been taking care of as a priority and as such the address translation layer might not be developed for quite some time, because HTN network has met the requirements for creating usability for HTN. We appreciate your patience and are committed to delivering the promised features with the highest standards of quality and security. Better later than never!
Your continued support and feedback are invaluable as we work towards enhancing user experience. Thank you for being a part of the Hoosat Network community.
